what does a pull up belt mean?

Pull up leather is generally used for a nice supple and soft leather that is colored with aniline dyes that are sealed using natural oils and/or waxes instead of paints, pigments and top coats. They end up having a colored wax or oil finish on the top. Pull-Up leather is also referred to as waxed leather or oiled leather.

Hello, our Timberland Men's 40 MM Pull Up Leather Belt is approximately 40 mm wide.

This belt came without the buckle or the holes. I was expecting a usable belt . Not happy !

I am not sure what the question is. If the belt was defective or missing components I an sure Timberland will replace it. The belt that I received was excellent. The quality was superior to belts selling for much more.
