so is it 2 sets of 2 traps 4 total? or is it just one pack with 2 traps?

1 set of 2 traps = 2 traps... Well worth it... I do catch moths daily (sometimes a break) - usually 1 or 2 per day -- but I'm careful to smash them fast so they don't suffer though. I use a butter knife with a little piece of paper towel on the end. (first time I didn't use the paper towel and my knife got stuck to the glue)

How long can one trap last?

The package recommends every 3 months. I have left them a little longer, but usually change them out at 3 months. It also depends on the how bad the infestation is. During the warmer months the traps fill up faster. I have tried several brands, this on is by far the best. The other ones do not last as long.

When a female lays 100 eggs, what % are male vs female ? There seem to be a lot more males.

Generally a sex ratio will be 1:1.

Does this catch Indian Meal Moth ?

This product is effective for the standard meal moths, but it has not been tested for this specific meal moth.
