Q: Do you have to turn the faucet to the on position always first? before you can use ths touch-less and Alexa features?

Q: How tall is the handle from the base? Does it come with a 3-hole plate? Is there a matching bronze hole cover for an existing 4th hole?

The faucet's highest point is 15 3/4" from the base. i did not receive a 3 hole plate but I believe you can purchase one separately. Not sure about a cover for a 4th hole. I only have one hole in my countertop so I just ordered the basic faucet.

Yes...it has a strong magnet in the sprayer head that secures the sprayer head back into place every time.

Q: Need to buy a new solanoid for mine. The touch free no longer works, so I had to bypass it. I would like to buy a new solenoid setup for this faucet.

Delta has a lifetime warranty you just have to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
