I purchased this in April 2024 but didn't open it until now. When I finally decided to use it, I was disappointed to find it less that basic and lacking a water level indicator, despite what was shown in the pictures. It also metal and easily can be scratched and rust.

The product is completely different from the description in length and quality. The truth length it’s 25 inches not 36 inches like what show in product pictures and the quality very low

it's very difficult to secure on the wall, after putting it up as there is no space to reach the screws that are supposed to secure the position

Fixed the mount and installed the TV. The mount is solid, but the design requires tightening two screws at the bottom to fix the TV on the mount. Unfortunately, these two screws are impossible to reach once the TV is in place. I still have the TV on the mount, But if someone accidentally pushes the TV from the bottom up, it will come off.

It's not tilting mount, it just simple fixed mount, wrong description

I have professionally installed hundreds of TV in the last two years. This is the biggest mount I could find. It has held a 4K 85" TV just fine for 7+ months. The tilt position is still where I set it. The tilt knobs did have to be tightened quite well, so it would hold. One of my tilt knobs arrived broken. With just a few e-mail messages, and a picture or two, a few weeks later, I had a new knob, which I installed with minimal difficulty. This is a low profile mount, so do not expect it to tilt very far. You might find it easier to set the tilt knobs right before you actually hang the TV on the mount. YMMV, but it worked well for me. It is just over 32" wide. I drilled a new hole in the top middle, and bolted it to three wall studs using 5 lag bolts; 2-1-2. Like any TV wall mount, use at least 4 lag bolts, all into wall studs. Be safe, please.

The best thing about this wall bracket is it will span 3 studs up to 32" on center. It comes fully assembled and ready to install. It states it holds up to 220 lbs, which all of the large screens affordable and available today will never come close to. It will support a LG 86" and the Samsung 82". The TV brackets will handle any VESA pattern. If you are hanging a TV and just happen to have a wall stud that is dead center in the room and 16" centers, this bracket is perfect for the job. You will have to drill a new hole or holes at the center point in the back plate as they, for some reason, left this out. I drilled a single hole for the center stud, near the top just under the built-in level. Then I pivoted the wall plate to level easily and use the bullet level. Don't trust the built-in level, it is not accurate. Obviously they knew it because they included a small extra level in the package. I then added the 2 lags on each opposite stud and adjust a tad before tightening. If your studs are a tad off the 16" oc, do not worry. You have enough of a slotted area to adjust the lag 3/4" either way. Recheck your level. In all, there are 5 lags holding this bracket. I recommend that you go to the local Home Depot or hardware and purchase all new lags 1/2 inch to 1 inch longer as the lags looked a tad short. I am just being careful here. In comparison, the backplate is made out of thinner material than my other backplate on a second TV. The only real concern about this is the hanging points (TV bracket hook) where the TV brackets and the wall plate come together. But we are not jerking the TV around on this either. For the price, I give this 5 stars. For the thickness of the material, 4 stars. For the horizontal reach of this mount...5 stars. I feel confident that the TV (82 inches of it), is well supported and stable. The mount adjusts for tilt only.
