I have loss some upper b9dy strength, is it hard to invert and get back??

My husband and I cannot get our table to invert by lifting our arms. We’ve tried all different levels of height for adjustment, and will only invert for me at 5’7” and I’m a 6’0, so my head is off the table! Anyone else have this problem?
