Logitech Canvas Keyboard & Folio Case, Black/Red

I bought the red cover and it looks like the second picture. With the grey keyboard. It fits the new ipad 6th generation 2018 which I am using it for. I gotta say, it works super great. The pairing was smooth. Automatically connects when I position it in typing mode. Disconnect when I use it as a tablet. I bought an asian brand which swivels 360 and backlit keyboard, but the screen with the ipad in it was heavier than the keyboard. Wasnt stable. So I returned it. Bought an apsung with backlit keyboard but the keys were too flat. I felt like typing on the ipad which I hate so I returned it as well. I bought the logitech for ipad air 2, not knowing it would not fit my ipad 6th gen because mine is slightly thicker. So returned it. Then I got the ipad air red cover which looks like the 1st picture and came with a charge cable. But it was used and wouldnt connect. So I almost gave up finding tge perfect one. I must say it is a pain to keep returning and buying a new one. But this one is finally the one. I tried a logitech model at the apple store for my type of ipad. It was $99 and only in black. This case is exactly the same!!! But only advertised for the ipad air. And the color is so nice! I recommend it! Just wish it came backlit too lol

Ordered and received this keyboard case which didn’t work. Batteries evidently dead and no way to recharge so I contacted seller and was immediately sent another with no instructions to return the first one. Plus the replacement was different than the first. Thought that was odd but I was happy to have it taken care of so quickly. Now the replacement one (which is supposedly rechargeable) will not hold a charge either. Of course I find that out a couple weeks after the return deadline.

The case has a well-designed connection to the keyboard: When placed in the stand at the angle shown in the picture it connects automatically to the keyboard, and disconnects when lifted out of the stand. The keys have a good feel to them as well, like a real keyboard. I like how it folds back inside when down and flat, keeping the keys out of the way in that position. It does have an automatic magnetic shut-off when in the closed flat position. It's heavy. I think they all are, and this one compares well in that respect. However, it's hard to get used to it being larger and heavier than the smallest leather no-keyboard type case. I got a keyboard before that had an off key right next to a tiny delete key in the right upper corner, so that in the course of normal typing it was frequently shut off. This one doesn't have that flaw.

works great, and the price was amazing. Much less than others I looked at. You don't have to charge this one, it works on watch batteries, which is a much better idea. Who wants to lug a charger around when you travel, just for the keyboard. This fits the ipad air, not the ipad air 2.

Worked well for a while, completely broke after 9 months.

never worked according to the end user for whom this was purchased. upon inspecting, found the tap that connect the batteries was broken. and now it is too late to return the cover/keyboard.

How can I best say it, paraphrasing Gertrude Style, a Junk is a Junk, is a Junk. I have had the following problems. (1) the blue tooth would not function and replacing the batteries did nothing to help the problem. (2) I was asked by customer service to forward a copy of my invoice to them. I did so but after two attempts it became obvious to me their computer and mine did not speak the same language. The most important information was in the e-mail, just not in the same format as I transmitted. (3) Then they requested I take a photo of the iMac screen with my iPad and transmit that. I told them it was too much trouble. They had all the information they needed in my opinion. I will not do business with Logitech in the future.

Great product. I love the color and it wears very well as I am very hard on my stuff. I cannot think of any problems with the case.
