Record Player Needle, 1 PC Record Player Cartridge with 4 PCS Diamond Stylus Replacement for Crosley, ION, LP, Phonograph

One of my combo turntables sounded awful playing some vintage records. I hadn't used it for some time and I had replaced the rubber belt that is used for spinning the platter and, in testing the sound, it just didn't sound clear. I purchased it several years ago and had never changed the needle, not that I played that many records on it. It was mostly for show. I examined the stylus and went on Amazon to find a replacement. I came across the banpa store ad for 1 PC Record Player Cartridge with 4 PCS Diamond Stylus Replacement for Crosley, ION, LP, etc. It sure looked like a match for the one in my record player. What caught my eye is that you get 4 replacement needles, including a new cartridge that already has a needle, for 5 needles total, and each needle comes with its own protective cover, for about 9 bucks! Wow! It was worth ordering. See photos. Anyway, the package came within a couple days from Amazon and I quickly got to work to replace the old needle. There are no directions in the box. All you get is the little tin can with the needles but the ad itself has directions for changing the needle. I just popped the old one off and popped the new one on. Easy peazy. I immediately put on an LP and the difference in sound quality from how it sounded before the change was substantial. Everything was much clearer. Two BIG thumbs up! Pros: - 5 replacement needles for about $9? Yes, please! - Nice storage tin included. - Easy replacement. - Great sound quality! - Fits many brands of these lower end turntables. Cons: - No installation instructions included.

Solved my skipping on my Victrola Empire! Victrola made changing the cartridge difficult by glueing the connectors to the original cartridge (victrola issue), but once I got past that install was very easy. I also added an acrylic mat and the combination of the mat and diamond needle solved my skipping issues.

Purchased for my husband because he broke his needle and cartridge...best deal I've found in a while

Update** I changed my rating from a 1 to a 4 because I receive a quick response from the seller. They made things right and issued a refund without me having to return the item. After that, I changed the needle on my turntable and wow, what a difference a needle change makes. This fit my Victrola perfectly and the music sounds so much better. Such a clear sound. I will buy again. ————— The product was delivered quickly. But it was missing two needles. Now I’m not sure how it was supposed to be packaged, so I’m not sure if the little tin container was supposed to come wrapped in plastic or not. As soon as I opened the container, I saw that I was missing two needles. I only paid $9, but still. If I purchase something for what it comes with, I’d like to receive all of what I purchased.

I would look at the install videos on you tube before installing. They are a big help. Once you look at the vids get a small flathead screwdriver, small needle nose pliers and go for it. It was very easy. What I got this for was for an upgrade in my sound on my Victrola LP recorder. I was amazed it put the volume up by a third and records I had that skipped didn’t skip as badly. One actually played all the way through with no skips. If you want to improve the sound on a Victrola or Crosley turn table this will help some. I highly recommend trying one. For the price you can’t go wrong.

Easy to change out and works like it should.

As advertised, the replacement record player needle snapped right into place. We viewed a couple of YouTube videos to understand how to get the old out and put on the new. Easy! Low price to make the old player sound good again.

I'm sure the quality was good because Amazon sells only the best of everything but it didn't fit my record player.

Un poco intimidante el hacer el reemplazo del cartucho entero por prmera vez pero nada que buscar un tutrial en Youtube de como hacerlo no resuelva. Se apreciaria un pequeño manual sobre como hacer el cambio de cartucho pero fuera de eso, la diferencia de sonido entre el cartucho de ceramica de fabrica de mi Victrola Liberty y estos de punta de diamante es como el día y la noche. Empezé reemplazando el cartucho entero de una vez, anticipo que el reemplazo mas adelante de aguja será aún mas sencillo, 10/10 las cmpraría de nuevo en caso de no haber conseguido un tocadiscos de mejor calidad y con acceso a agujas del tipo ortofon para entonces. Definitivamente si tu plan es hacerle un pequeño upgrade a tu victrola/crossley, estas agujas y cartucho son definitivamente una opción maravillosa.

The stylus wouldn't fit into the cartridge on my Vestax handy trax portable turntable. I had to install the new cartridge as well. Don't know if it sounds better but my old Zeppelin records sound great running the turntable through my AV receiver. Nice change of sound from digital.

Kommt gut verpackt in einer kleinen Plastik Box an. Passen bei meinen alten Nordmende Plattenspieler und funktionieren bis jetzt gut.
