what is the power consumption of this product? and what is the heating power?

3kwh (3000 watt) or 13 Ampere. It heats about 1c every 9 hours on a 15ft pool. Just a big word of warning... it’s not suitable for a 13amp plug/socket, which is standard in Dubai/UAE. It melted 3 plugs because UK style plugs are not suitable as they have a too low ampere rating. Any other EU, India and the rest of the world setup will work, just not UK 3 pin style.

Does this come with a european plug or a uk/uae plug?

EU Plug with 16amp rating. Be careful, UK plug only has 13 amp and it will not work!!
