I like the look and function of this charger stand. It comes with two rechargeable batteries and special battery covers which have small charge slots. Simply placing the controller on the stand begins the charging process. When charging, the stand glows red for the specific controller under charge, once it's fully charged the stand turns Xbox green.Others have complained about how the controller simply sits on the stand. This is not a problem unless you plan to move the stand with the controllers on it or have small rambunctious kids or pets which may bump into it. The fact that the controller sits on the stand means you can simply pick it up and use it. I’ve had this since 2019 and used it daily. After all that it still works perfectly fine after an entire. 5years of about non stop use!!! The battery life is still great and charging is relatively fast. Overall an amazing product.

I read about people having trouble getting them to charge so it made me hesitant at first to buy it. But I can say that it is no problem for me at all. Really simple to setup and it holds the controllers good. Very nice product!UPDATE 3/2/14Seller responded to my claim and asked for me to repackage it and send it back where they would "test" it and or try to fix it. If it was no good they would refund my payment or send me a new one. Which is ok but I'm not waiting dumb long for all that. Amazon pretty much instantly refunded the payment to me. That's why I love shopping here they are really good about returns/refunds.UPDATE 2/27/14One of the charging packs appears that it does not charge up! I didn't notice this at first because even though I have 2 controllers nobody else really plays but me. When I tried to use my other controller it was dead. Okay, maybe I had it set wrong. Nope. I even switched the packs in the controllers and it did the same to the other controller. This blows because the working charge pack works really good and holds a good charge. We'll see what happens but I know Amazon has been really good with returns/credits in the past to me. Not lowering my rating because I believe I just got a DUD pack which happens out there.

I have now used this system for over 6 months daily.PROS:Easy Set-upSave $100s on BatteriesModern designed Docking station to keep you game area tidy while charging.Can Charge TWO Controllers at once.Works with BOTH Standard & ELITE Controllers WITHOUT ISSUE. PERIOD.With use DAILY, the Batteries hold a great charge and can be used over and over and over.CONS:The Back Covers that hold the Battery in are ABSOLUTE Garbage!-Mine fall out constantly unless taped now. They require extreme delicacy, and I'm quite careful with my ELITE Controller.So far, no replacement pieces.Docking Station does not have a great charging port. They often need to be readjusted between 3-5 times after each session to charge properly.I rated this 3(now 4) Stars solely for the fact of the backing covers.Even after its various Cons, still a great charger. This is pretty cool. I was going through tons of double As with the amount I play and i decided it would definitely be cheaper to get something rechargeable. I used to have the Play and charge kit, which works good if your controller is dead and you want to keep playing, but when you just want to recharge your controller its messy and adds another wire to the giant mess of wires i already have. Since i have two controllers and there are unfortunately very few local two player xbox one games, I figured i can always charge one controller while playing with the other. This thing looks sick and all you have to do is place the controller on the rack and its charging, and it stops charging when its done so its a great place to store your controllers as well. I pretty much charge the controller everyday because i keep it on the charger when im not using it, but even if i left it off for a day or two i have yet to have the controller die on me and i play alot, so the battery life must be pretty good. All in all i am one satisfied customer

The media could not be loaded. Worked good for a couple months. The bottom charger stopped working and the light for it flickers. It does it even if there isn’t a controller on it.
