I don't think so, it might help but I believe is more intended as a fat burner .

Does this product help aide skin tightening?

Personally, I cannot tell a difference. Been using it pretty consistently for 2 weeks now...no real change. Just look and feel like I have a sunburn all day that intensifies at night with a shower. I would say save your money. I won't be buying this product again

Does this product create photosensitive? Is it a problem for those who use tanning beds?

I didn’t use a tanning bed after using the product so I’m sorry I can’t help you there. I did get small welts on my skin that eventually went away. Your skin will be very sensitive to warm water from a shower after a workout. Hope that helps.

Can i use this in the sauna ?

I never had a problem with it until I used it in the sauna. It was stinging not even warm/hot. It caused irritation and it was super itchy for 2 days after. I always use the sauna after working out and I found out wiping it off before the sauna helps.
