Do these have oil on them like some of the other brands?

Not sure about that. It doesn't list anything other than seaweed in the ingredients, but the package does state that this product is "made on shared equipment that also processes soy, sesame oil". Hope that's helpful.

How do you store it? Pantry? Fridge?

I am not sure how it is supposed to be stored or recommended to be, but I put my opened package in a ziploc bag, squeeze all the air out, leaving the little white pack (desiccant?) in there and store it in the pantry. Always tastes the same to me every time I go to use it.

I think it's just dried Seaweed, that's all.
