15oz cans of Chef Boyardee beef ravioli. Great to eat anytime - even better for lunch or a quick bite for dinner.

I have never purchased a bad can of this product. I was looking forward to a quick lunch that was not a sandwich. There is always enough sauce for the pasta. The ravioli themselves are plump with meat filling. Since childhood I have not worried about the quality of what comes out of this can. It is always fresh, and you still have the al dente texture. It's just one of those things you trust. It has not changed in decades. However, with all that said, I was a bit disappointed at the new power it has acquired. The cans have apparently learned how to disappear. Just after my great grand left, I went to the pantry to enjoy ravioli and a salad....I could not find that can anywhere! Guess I am not the only one who counts on the Chef to be consistently good.....

As basic, easy to store and prepare as you can get. Could be used as “survival” food, eat right out of the can “hobo” style if necessary. Fairly long shelf life, quality of nutrition per calories/carbs is a low ratio, so I wouldn’t recommend a steady diet of this kind of food exclusively for health reasons. People opt for this for convenience.

It's the chef! Has great shelf life, it's easy to prepare or eat straight out of the can hot or cold. The sauce is kind of thick not all watery. It's still a good value for the money.

The main issue I've experienced is inconsistencies in quality from can to can. The problem is one can contains lots of ravioli filling the can with an appropriate amount of sauce. The next can may be full of sauce with fewer ravioli. The flavor remains the same but the experience is quit different. One can requires a fork, while the other requires a spoon.
