Q: What is the difference between Pro and Standard

Length. The pro is longer. That said, I would not recommend this item. In fact, I tossed mine in the donate to Goodwill pile a long time ago. It's too thin and flexible. Yeah, I know, "too flexible" doesn't sound like a bad thing since it means you can roll it up and take it with you, but the absolute lack of rigidity means you have to have a perfectly flat and hard surface to use this on. Otherwise you feel every little bump. You won't be able to use this - at least, not smoothly - over even the thinnest of carpet, or even flat concrete. You'll need to have perfectly level tile or wood flooring. And, even if you do find something as smooth as glass, you'll also need something that can provide traction, bc this thing will slide and shift all over the place every single time you glide over it. Trust me, this thing is crap, and customer service is a joke. Don't make the mistake I made and waste your money on something you'll only end up being so frustrated and annoyed by that you give it to Goodwill just to get rid of it.

Hello, We recommend using the supplied booties and spraying with silicon as needed. We would not recommend using sliders as they could possibly damaged the slide board. Best regards.
