No Fosomax for me!
I have had osteopenia and osteoporosis for many years. Im a very active woman and have been for 42 years. Yoga, weights, Spin,and most recently TRX Suspension Training. I have taken Fosomax once for a short period of time. It didn't seem like a good idea. It made me feel strange and the instructions for taking it were not sensible to me. So just recently I went to a woman who is not an MD but a alternative medical advisor [thats what I call her]. She suggested to me to take Super Silica Plus to increase my bone density. This product also aids in hair,nail and connective tissue growth. I have been taking it for about two months. I will not know if this product will stop my bone loss or build new bones. But I am willing to use it because it is not a pharmaceutical but a natural ingredient in nature.I will not take another bone density test because I am doing all I can to maintain and increase my bone health.

Made my hair grow faster.
I was using plain biotin and it helped my hair from falling out, gave it more strength, but this silica from Kal gave me new hair growth. I literally saw new baby hairs coming in that were dark amongst my gray and I watched them grow at a quicker speed than with biotin alone. Kals newest formula has biotin and ingredients that help deliver vitamins to the root. Really great product. I tell all my friends about it and strangers too because people ask about the health of my hair. That's how good it is.

Stay consistent and you’ll see results!
