Q: What is the CFM on this blower?

The product description states 134 CFM. It is a direct replacement for the original blower. As best I can tell, it works as well as the original with plenty of airflow.

There isn't a model haman invincable.

Q: Is there a video out there showing removal of old blower and replacement of new one?

Ask the question on YouTube “ removing a Harmon ( or Harman ) sometimes people misspell, blower/fan “. Good Luck, not hard to do.
