CAn it be inflated with helium?

Just an opinion - I used to inflate balloons - It probably depends on the size. I don't think the vinyl will be too heavy on the larger sizes. They should float better and longer due to their having more volume relative to (heavy) surface area. Also, mix some air with the Helium and it should stay afloat longer.
