Currently using Invisalign. Not sure if they’re entirely suitable with the sugar? But hasn’t seem to affected my aligners or teeth using them.

I find this product great for helping seat my Invisalign trays onto the teeth. I find this item More useful to target specific teeth that need chewing excercise. I like to use a silicone chewie to target my teeth more broadly and then I use the movemints to target specific teeth that require a little more work . Highly recomend !
