What's the recommended replacement interval for these filters? And can they be used with Full Synthetic?

Yes they can be used with full synthetic oil. I have been using mobile one since it came out in the mid-70s. I have also used Motorcraft filters on every vehicle I own. I usually change my oil at 5000 mile intervals, however check the specifications in your car's owner's manual and I would recommend following that. My Philosophy is that oil is cheap insurance. It doesn't pay to skimp.

Does it fit 2008 Escape Hybrid?

Hi there. I checking under Rock Auto and also under Amazon if you have a 2008 Escape Hybrid then it should have a 2.3 L engine and the FL-910S filter will work. If however it would be a 3 litre V6 engine then the filter would be a FL820S. From what I can see the hybrids only came in the 2.3 L 4 cylinder engine. Hope this helps Jim
