Works well, never sticks
Great pans. My bread never sticks. I put the two together when I bake. One on top of the other and it makes a perfect loaf.

Very well made, best fast bread ever.
I saw a recipe online that used this covered bread pan. Figured I would give it a try as no mixer, no real kneeding, and one bowl. Well, first off I live in the mountains of NC and I don't put garbage in my body. I don't eat store bought processed collen paste bread. I make mostly pitas, and they are good, but rather time consuming to make. This is how fast and easy this is to make. In a glass bowl mix 7 ounces water, 3 ounces milk, 2 teaspoons sugar. 1vcup of flour. Warm in microwave 15 - 20 seconds till a little above body temperature. Add a pack of yeast, stir and let set for 10 minutes or so. Turn the light on in your oven. That will be enough warmth to rise. Pour the mixture over 2 1/2 cups flour and about 2 ounces of butter. Stir until well mixed, add 1 1/2 tsp salt. Oil your hands, and work the dough into a ball. I use flavored olive oil. Oil up a bowl, place the lump in it, cover with wrap. Let sit in oven till doubled in size. (Half hour). Oil up a spot on the counter or smooth board, turn the oven to 400. Push the dough around as if you were making a pizza. I roll it out to an inch thick. Butter the pan real well. I mean real well! Roll the dough into a loaf and place in pan seam side down. Put the cover on and place in warm place, (stovetop). When it's risen to almost touching the cover put in the oven for 30 minutes at 400. You can slide the cover back to test for golden brown. The photo is of my first try. Excellent sandwich bread with no chemicals. Gotta love it. Here is my first try. Soo good.

A list Amazon value. Best baking pans
My problem with baking was getting things out of the pan once they were baked. I like making sweet fruit breads like banana bread when the loaf was baked I didn't even get a chance to turn the pan all the way over I turned it to the side and the loaf slid right out with no cake left on the pan. Plus once I adjusted the temperature for the cast iron they baked perfectly. I'm going to buy all the other monfish baking pans they're awesome

Good Bread Pan
this bread pan is very easy to clean and of good quality. I definitely feel that you get a good valuable product for the money that you pay. The size of the bread pan is a good size. I consider it decent. The only thing that can get a little bit annoying is the lid easily slides off so if you’re moving it from one spot to another, make sure you hold onto the lid so it doesn’t just fly off of it.

works great
perfect sandwich bread pan. The bread is perfect every time. I love this pan, I flowed directions given with pan (important ) and the bread never sticks never a problem. My people are a fussy bunch and don't want anyone to know that their bread is different and with this pan no one knows. I use 2 x a week and its been 3 months and all is good.

Perfect!
I love everything about this product! My first batch of sourdough loaves turned out perfectly, and every set since then. With the great reviews for this product, I went ahead and bought two pans right away, as I always double the recipes for my large family. I did not regret it. If I could figure out how to easily quadruple sourdough recipes, I would definitely buy two more pans... Heat distribution was amazing, resulting in an evenly browned loaves on all sides, cleaning was a breeze and loaves removed easily and readily when tipped from the pan.

Good tin/poor finish
This loaf pan bakes a decent loaf of bread. So far I've made sourdough and chocolate Babka and, with a very light greasing of the pan, I've had no problems with sticking or burning. Only downside is the finish on the pan scratches off very easily.
