I love this product. I have been using this for about two months and my skin looks so good and feels so soft. My hair and nails have grown so fast and I have received so many compliments, not only from family but friends and strangers too. I was in the grocery a month ago and this woman kept looking at me while we were browsing products and she said, "I just have to tell you that your skin is beautiful". I smiled and thanked her and went on my way. All I can say is this product works for me. The only negative is the capsules are a bit large which make them hard for me to swallow. Hopefully I can find them in powder form.

My hair is growing like crazy and looks nourished not stringy. I’m 55 years old and of course my hair is thinning and having breakage but now it’s not breaking off or falling out as much. It's much easier than using collagen powder. I got so sick of that! Just hope it's as good as the powder.
