I have dealt with lesser pop filter before and I must say, this one does the job nicely. I did not need some long gooseneck, The size of the neck on this one fit my setup. To the pop filter itself, it is thicker than what I have used before. Is that a bad thing? Nope. It seem to probably be the best one I have used. That is base on watching the analyzer in my software. It really works well at killing the plosives. Thinner ones would still allow some of the wind through but this one just seems to kill it while allowing the acoustical accuracy. I should go ahead and order a second one for my travel case.

At first, I was a little scared because of some of the reviews. But I got to say, I bit the bullet and tried it anyway. And I’m so glad that I did. This thing does exactly what it says it does. Find a good anchor point to mount it near your microphone and then bend it to fit your needs. It’s that simple. It filters the plosives perfectly. I didn’t want one of those super longneck versions and this one is the perfect length. It’s a great price and sounds crisp and clear.

I'm happy with this filter. I am using this with an MV7, for speech. It works well in this manner. The MV7 can be more susceptible to plosives than an SM7B due to the shorter windscreen so this helps. That being said you could replace the MV7 screen with the Shure RK345 from the SM7B and it works well too. I opted for this filter so I could use it with other mics as well. I tried this with an Audio-Technica 4050 and it worked well but rolled off a bit more of the natural top end than I liked for singing. I will stick to using this for speech.

amazing quality for only $10, definitely better than what came with my microphone stand. blocks mouth sounds a fair bit

The snake coil is nice but it's not long enough to give me adequate distance in being of the mic and i think that affects my voice quality. Sounds a little brassy

Deals with plosives! I wanted a small pop filter so that there wouldn’t be too much covering my face. I do wish the neck was longer, but I am happy with it overall.

Good bang for the buck.

Bought for the compact size, intended to work with a Samson Meteor mic. The diameter is nice, the materials appear sturdy, but the goose neck does not consistently retain its position. Also: After a few months, the clamp pad came unglued from the clamp (& came off); in addition, the clamp itself cracked (it is the only plastic part of this item). I really want to like this item and give it a good review, but I have to say that it has not performed very well in normal use. WHEN the clamp stays attached, and WHEN the goose-neck holds its position, this is a good product. But it requires more fiddling than it should.
