yes, you can store max 240 fingerprints.

Anyone know how u would go about coding this and the setup?

There is a link they provide to files and a video. Once I modified the code, it worked fine.

Can this be setup and used with the same software as the Adafruit one?

I used the Adafruit Arduino library and it worked perfectly.
