Classic movie. All-Star cast. Timeless. You will laugh, and cry, and everything in between. One of my all-time favorites! ❤️

Another Great movie for my collection. As women we all know the Best Movies that make/made us laugh and cry during the movie. There are several, right? :) So Steel Magnolias was one I just had to have. Often times you will see them on Amazon under "deals" for $4.99, that is when I buy up my favorites. Mostly movies from the 80's and the 90's. Yes, you know them.

Timeless, classic movie that is definitely a must-watch! The only movie I can watch multiple times in a row. As for the disc itself, it plays beautifully. I’m very pleased with the 4K remaster! The video is crystal clear, smooth, and still has the film grain that makes this movie so nostalgic. The colors are also fantastic and the sound quality is spectacular on surround sound. Love the special features too! I did have a small issue the first time I played the disc where I got an error code on the Blu-ray player saying this film couldn’t be played in my region, but I fixed it by ejecting the disc and wiping it off with a dry microfiber cloth. It’s played perfectly since. 10/10 recommend!

great movie and what an emotional, real to life drama

I was raised in the south and now live in San Francisco. The accents, these actresses. Always good.

Very good movie: Good script; good direction and fine acting. Gives you a taste of Louisiana humor, which I love. I heartily recommend this movie!

Belle brochette de stars dans cette histoire d'un groupe (inter-générationnel) d'amies faisant clan et bloc pour soutenir l'une d'entre elles dont la fille fait un choix de vie de couple et choix de vie primordial et risqué. Tous les acteurs / actrices sont magnifiques dans leur interprétation, quelle soit vaillante, courageuse, dépassée, ou carrément déjantée. Au passage, une occasion de voir Julia Roberts dans les premières années de sa carrière.

Um elenco pesadíssimo, já virou um clássico, Sally Field, a carismática Dolly Parton, as jovens Daryl Hannah e Julia Roberts.. um drama/comédia. Enriqueceu minha coleção.

I have seen this movie countless times and am so glad to now on a dvd copy for my library. Such fun movie with a very sad ending but eevn that, they added humour to it. All star cast for sure. Highly recommend this dvd.

Una que llevaba tiempo buscando...ninguna pega al respecto. Audio con el doblaje ORIGINAL en ESPAÑOL y lleva como extra una entrevista de unos 20 min con Robert harling, el escritor autor de la obra de teatro original y quien además la adaptó para el cine.
