Will it fit a Leatherman Wave?

Yes, it has plenty of room and the Leatherman Wave or Charge fits perfectly. It will probably also fit the Surge by expanding the flap.

Will this fit a leatherman O.H.T.?

I see no reason it won’t. It not that costly

Will a 8 round 1911 mag fit?

Yes. Small capacity single stack mags fit fine.

Will this hold a 21 round Magpul Glock mag?

Yes, but you will have to lengthen the flap by breaking the velcro grip and pulling it out slightly to allow for the additional length of the extended magazine. Use a tongue depressor or a dull table knife slipped between the back of the flap and the body of the sheath. It will be easier to do this if you unpeel the MOLLE flaps on the back to expose the velcro. It will not be necessary to refix the velcro precisely to fit the magazine length because the plastic squeeze buckle on the front can be adjusted for a tight fit.
