El bote llegó prácticamente vacío
Pedí este champú ya que desde hace un año uso los productos de Aveda para mi cabello y considero que son maravillosos. El problema en mi caso fue con el vendedor. La empresa de transportes me entregó en perfectas condiciones el champú ya que el sobre y él cartón de esta no estaba dañada. La bolsa del vendedor era la que venía con restos de champú y el champú venía mal cerrado y vacío… Muy poca seriedad por parte del vendedor. Amazon me reembolsó lo que me había costado el champú con un trato maravilloso. Como es lógico, me solicitaron imágenes de cómo llegó el champú y después de mandarlas decidí que me ingresaran el importe en mi cuenta de Amazon para poder comprar el champú a otro vendedor.
