If i input hdmi from a blu-ray player to the arcana, can i then use the earc output for a home theater audio system that requires earc input?

we have include USA plug PSU its can input AC90-230v and output DC5V2A for arcana use. actual arcana can use any other USB type A power can offer 5V2A like smart phone use.

I have a new lg qned, xbox seriesx and a 7. nakamichi soundbar that is 4k/dolby vision but no earc. i get lip sync issues with atmos on.would it help
