Missing parts
Unfortunately i received without the second metal piece and extra screws and i have to return it. I waited 3 weeks to get it and not sure if i order it again i will have it complete or not.

Very cheap product - delivered with faulty parts
The skipping rope was delivered unassembled.I managed to connect one end of the rope to the handle. However the other end could not be attached to the handle as it was the wrong size.V disappointed and a complete waste of money

Great product, better customer service.
I’ve had one of these ropes for a long while and it’s great. The ball bearings are still super smooth and spin freely. When the adjustment tool threading gave way on one of the handles, I contacted Elite SRS and they didn’t hesitate to send me a new set which I received in a few days. I’m a customer for life.

Rotates nicely and great idea to include the screw driver in the handle
I have used the jump rope consistently for over a month now. The rope is solidly held in place by the screw. The handles are nice and slim. It is very easy to remove and install different ropes.
