Well strictly speaking, I suppose most dried fruit us only partially dried, or it would be desiccated. They are not hard, like some you get. I think they are gorgeous.

One review mentioned the figs are infused with a juice to add flavor? Is this true?

I don't think so. The only listed ingredient is figs. They are delicious and taste completely natural to me!
