me gustó que trae cosas que uno puede hacer en casa como el libro lo dice. Si te interesa y apenas vas a aprender, lo recomiendo, si ya tienes conocimientos, puedes encontrar algo mas especializado. pero sirve para reforzar la info que uno tiene.

I researched the subject a lot and I dry age for a while now. I dry age many types of meat. this book has many technical information you can't find online. Really the only book you need and its the only book available dedicated for dry aging

Have 12.5 lbs of AAA ribeye dry aging now, will report back in 32 days!! Here's hoping?
