how do you return items

The biggest reason I still buy from Amazon is because returns are very simple, even for those of us who are cell-phone resistant and a bit techno-challenged and without a printer. But do have a UPS store within walking distance to drop-off items WITHOUT having to pkg. them and a Kohls within 7 or miles, so returns are simple for me.

I thought Coby was out of business. Is there a manufacture date on it? Does it come with a warranty?

According to the user manual it has a Summit CE Group one year limited warranty and contact information is support@summitcagroup. Can't find manufacture date on the machine or in the user manual.
