Homemade tofu
I love making fresh tofu and this is by far the best one I have used so far. A little goes a long way and I like that I can store it better than my nigari at least a lot easier to use. No bitter aftertaste so that’s a big plus!

This kind of gluconolactone power is a must have if you want to make some tofu. This product is nicely packaged and you can easily find some recipes online. One pound can last me a long time. Worth trying.

Real GDL works for making tofu pudding and firm tofu. The package was damaged when arrived with a little bit of GDL scattered outside but all the experience was great!
