Super EverDrive X5

Works exactly as advertised. Easy to set up, easy to use, and does everything I need it to. Sure, it would be cool if it supported enhancement chips, but I can very comfortably get by with this. Plus, it allows me to run a decent number of romhacks on real hardware.

You'll need an SD card to go with it. Just drag the files from your computer onto the SD card then put it in your SNES. Works right away. So easy!

I ordered this original one, instead of buying the asian clone for half the price. It came with the original box and ran all the games that I tried without an issue. I'm more than happy.

Love this flash cart! Works great, easy setup, fast loading, and overall great build quality. Some games that I really want don't work but that's on me for not doing more research first.

Im not super technical guy when it comes to modern technology. So there was quite the learning curve involved. After six months of trying different cards and cussing and wanting to chuck this thing acrossnthe room i finally figured out everything has to be unzipped and placed in the folders. All your games have to go in one specific file. And yes this will play super fx chip games such as super metroid, clay fighters &, lost vikings 1&2,

Apenas conocí la existencia de estos cartuchos everdrive, me puse a ver muchas reseñas y me anime a comprarlo. Esta increíble, la calidad es muy buena, parece un cartucho oficial. No viene ningunas instrucciones, pero buscando Everdrive x configuración, salen mucho tutorial es fáciles de seguir. Me tarde 2 horas investigando como funciona, y una vez entendiendo como funcionaba, me tarde 10 minutos en meter los archivos necesarios. No incluye ninguna sd Micro, yo use una de 64 gb, se supone que recomiendan una de 32 gb, pero en una computadora no te permite formatear con fat32 una memoria que es mayor de 32gb, entonces buscando en internet encontré una herramienta que me permitía formatear una memoria de cualquier tamaño y pues sin problema funciono mi memoria de 64gb sandial. Yo tengo un súper famicom, hace tiempo vendí mi snes americano, entonces funciona sin ningún problema, me di cuenta que el cartucho puede entrar en snes americano sin problemas, por lo que es región libre. Una vez que funciona el cartucho, funciona como cualquier cartucho oficial, solo que está versión es la más básica del cartucho, entonces esos juego que requieren el chip fx, no funcionan, entonces son unos 30 juegos de toda la colección los que no funcionan. El juego cuenta con batería, no tiene funciones de guardado por menú, es decir que solo los juegos que fueron programados con guardado son los únicos que guardan. Está un poco elevado el precio, pero vale mucho la pena.

Great addition to my retro gaming collection. No more switching cartridges. No save states but "game genie" codes work well. Well built and nicely packaged. A very solid product.
