IBS-TH2 PLUS

Nothing brewing right now, but I didn't want to wait to try it out. Temperature has been below zero! I used the unit to measure/balance the room/furnace temperatures. Temperature and humidity measurements matched my existing instruments very well. Both the internal and external temperatures. Data logging and graphical presentation are great. Will be excellent for brewing. Never lost Bluetooth and we have three floors. Great price point for the features you get! I need another!

I compared it to a lab quality thermometer from 0c to 45c and it was accurate. It syncs and displays on my android phone without issue. I found the range was limited to 30 feet to 50 feet in open areas and less if a wall or other barrier was in the path. I have wireless (non-network) barbeque thermometers, and indoor/outdoor thermometers that work reliably anywhere in the house and yard. If you want to monitor something within the length of the sensor cable and periodically transfer the data to your phone (it makes nice graphs) when you are near this is a 5 star product.

Great device. I'm using this in my keezer to monitor temps along with humidity and love the fact that the app keeps track in graph that you can check daily weekly or monthly. You can also set the interval that you want for it to transfer data to the app. Super easy to set up can see it on my phone in any room of the house. Thanks Inkbird!!

Operationally solid, have older version in 1st grow tent and it still works. Battery life VG @ 5 minute sample intervals. Accuracy: Both old and new one within +\- 2 to 3 points of reference temp/humidity gauges, … and of each other. Consistent and close enough for my use, but this deviation in apparent accuracy is why 4 stars not higher.

I’ll be ordering another one. So let me start off that the customer service for this company is on point, from questions being answered almost immediately, to shipping as fast as possible (even faster then the two days for prime). All the silly question I had were answered via Instagram within hours. So after all my questions I ordered this product and found it to be defective, I told the rep and they sent me one out literally next day. That one worked and I’m stoked about it. The sensor attachment makes it so much easier to get a proper reading on my tent versus the product I was using before that I had to have almost three to get a reading all around. I’m super happy with not only this company and the way they responded to me but also the level of professionalism they attended to it with me. I will be switching out all my Govee hydrometer to inkbird and won’t be looking back. Thanks again inkbird_us

This was a great little sensor and it was easy to integrate with bluetooth on a raspberry pi to integrate with Home Assistant, but it stopped working (even with fresh batteries) after about 2 months.

I'm using this device to measure ambient temperature around my fermenter. It works really well and the iOS app is very easy to use. The signal strength is also good. I was able to connect and download data from anywhere in my apartment.

If you use the external probe, the display will only show those results. There should be some way that the display could switch between the internal sensor and the external probe.

Su funcionamiento es muy limitado, cuando varios usuarios usan la aplicación del mismo termometro todos pueden cambiar los valores de las alarmas, debería poder establecerse un administrador y que a todos los lleguen las alertas, no ofrece mucho control o seguridad si las alarmas se pueden configurar por cualquiera, en el punto de acceso wi fi para conectar hasta cuatro sensores se conectan los primeros cuatro que lee, si son más de cuatro no hay control sobre los cuatro que se conectan en cada punto

Good but not practical, you have to be within bluetooth range for it to even show you the readings. I bought it so i could check when i was not at home…
