Is the rest portion all gel, or is there some foam in there too?

As far as I can tell, it is all gel. It's a great size and I like the wide pad for my wrist. I recommend this one.

Am I supposed to try to remove the crinkly plastic from the underside of the mouse?

Yes you're supposed to remove it, it won't stick to the surface otherwise and will just slide around. Ignore anyone who says otherwise.

Can it be hand washed with soap and water?

The material it is I imagine it could be hand washed and then air dried.

Can left handed people use this too? Picture only shows right hand using wrist pad.

手首のサポートが弱いかな

手首サポート付のマウスパッドを初めて購入しました。マウスパットとしてはずれることなく使いやすいです。手首のサポートは無いよりは楽です。しかし自分が手首を強く押し付けすぎているのか底付きするので、もう少ししっかりしていると良いですね。他に気になるのは、購入して3か月でサポート部分がへたってきたこと、表面がざらついているので1日使うと手首が赤くなること、の2点です。
