I have been using this for years and it is still firm. It fills in the gap and supports my neck well. Simple to fit.

The pillow has a nice round shape and good, comfortable (soft yet supportive), feel. The attached strap does stretch, so it is adjustable. It also comes with a second, separate, strap like the other that you may or may not use. The biggest issue for this or any other pillow of this kind is the type of chair you have, especially if it is to be used on an office chair. I am using it on an ergonomic office chair that is perfect other than the fact the headrest is an inch or so too high for me, so I ended up removing the headrest altogether, leaving the two prongs that held it pointing upward. I then attached this pillow to those prongs and I am pretty happy. It works. You may need to get a little creative with an office chair, but this is a very good pillow.
