Fantastic buds with a fantastic app.
Without a doubt the very best ear buds I have ever owned. The battery life of about 5 hours is acceptable but I wish they lasted longer. On the upside the fast charge in the case is great! About 15 minutes in the case gives about an hour of run time. If you return them to the case occasionally throughout the day when you take a break then it keeps them topped up to where the don't run down.Charging the case via USB or wireless pad or power sharing from my phone works fantastic! These buds are extremely comfortable and stay in place very well. They are a bit too bulky to wear overnight while sleeping on your side.... but they aren't actually supposed to be for use while sleeping. I had to try sleeping with them in for noise canceling due to circumstances. On my back was fine but side sleeping is painful to the ear. Not designed for sleeping, just giving my observation to save you the trouble if you're considering these for sleeping. The sound quality is excellent. The associated app allows you to fine tune the output to your hearing. It runs a test for each ear beeping varying tones at varying volume levels. You tap the screen when you hear a tone. That's it then it adapts the output to suit your hearing. There is another test in the app to test the "fit" of the buds in your ears. It emits a low warbling series of tones to detect leaking sound from a poor fit and you can swap silicone seals or adjust how the buds are seated into your ears for a proper seal.Test the fit and adjust prior to the performing the hearing test described above. The ANC is nothing short of amazing.Through the app you can adjust the level of ANC so that it totally blocks outside sounds or allows the level you choose to be passed through so you can still be aware of surroundings as needed.A single touch of the left bud switches from ANC to Hear Through. In the app you can set the buds to work as you wish by changing the action performed in each bud independently for single tap, double tap, long tap, etc for all standard controls such as volume up/down, skip to next song, pause, etc.

Great sound, decent noise cancelation, stay in place!
I'm super happy with these earbuds!I was looking for some low profile earbuds that have great sound quality and will stay in my ears while working out. I was a bit hesitant because my previous earbuds had a cord and those little ear wing thingies which helped them stay perfectly in place (jaybird brand), but the cord ended up ripping overtime.Music is super important to me, as is noise canceling, so I was willing to invest a good amount of money towards getting a great product. After looking at a lot of reviews for best running earbuds, I decided to give these a try. They did not disappoint!Every once in a while I'll need to readjust them, but for the most part they stay perfectly in place! They are super comfortable and lightweight, my ears never hurt even after having them in for hours on end (which has been a problem for me with other earbuds). The sound is super crisp, volume range is pretty good; i have had louder buds with heavier bass, but the differences are insignificant when considering the upgrade in sound quality. ANC is mad decent for a lil earbud, and their battery life is awesome. I love the charging case too.very happy all around! highly recommend :))

Very Disappointed
This product has been a huge disappointment. I loved the Jabra 65t. Fit well, good battery, decent sound, multipoint that functioned as expected.i was expecting all of this and more with the 85t. Spoiler - it was the exact opposite. On to my experience with the 85t.I changed the tips due to poor fit. I've never had issues with fit, but none of the tips did the job. The earphones constantly fail to charge, requiring me to wriggle them around for minutes to get it to charge. Terribly frustrating. They constantly fall our during even light workouts. Unlike the 65t (I know neither of them are tagged as workout earphones, but you'd expect the 85t to function at least as well as the 65t).During Zoom calls, they'll automatically mute themselves due to some bug. And trying to unmute will result in the earphones muting themselves again. The frustration is immense. Jabra's response to this is to say along the lines of "these earphones aren't intended for use with computers or laptops", which is embarrassing. The multipoint, one of the main reasons I bought these, fails often, requiring frequent fiddling with the Bluetooth connections to get it to switch.Sound is fine. No better than the competitors. Except the factors listed above deem that sound quality a non-factor.Battery with ANC is God awful, much worse than the 65t.I'll be moving on to one of the competitors at this point. This product was one of the most disappointing purchases I've made all year.I used to recommend Jabra to anyone that would listen. I'd be embarrassed to do so going forward.
