This book is a God-send, it arrived when I needed it and I’ve shared it with so many people because it’s truly helpful. Louie points out exactly how to recognize when you are being deceived, exactly what are the tools the enemy uses to destroy us with little lies we may not even realize we’re entertaining. And how to counter this battle for our mind. It all starts with our thoughts and now I’ve got a sure fire plan to protect my thoughts.

My church does a couple of Bible Studies a year. This was by far the best one yet. So much so that it was brought back by popular demand for a second time. This is great for small group or individual Bible Study. It is a great resource long after completion. The video's that go along with each chapter can be found on YouTube to enhance each chapter's study.

Good book. Written well and easy to read. Great points made throughout the book. Newer to reading religious books and this was a good start

This book offers a strong reminder not to let negative thoughts, fear, or the enemy take over space in your mind. I really appreciated the practical examples and the way Louie Giglio connects Scripture to everyday struggles. It gave me tools to recognize unhealthy thoughts and replace them with truth. The message is encouraging and uplifting, and several chapters really stood out. I gave it 4 stars only because a few sections felt a bit repetitive, but overall it’s a meaningful and helpful read that can truly shift your mindset in a positive way.
