And I really loved the Fives until I heard these. It was a tough decision. I love the way the The Fives worked with the Klipsch subwoofer with the subwoofer out port. They paired up nicely and worked perfectly together. But The Fives are just so much more shrill sounding than these beautiful speakers. They're sounded better and better too after a few hours of breaking in. These are nice looking, very LOUD speakers that don't seem to ever distort. They're much larger than The Fives. I'll miss the automatic bass adjustment at lower volumes though. That is such a great feature that the Fives had. But the balanced inputs on these coupled with them being a 3-way speaker with more power for about the same price made a big difference. Not to mention the adjustable frequences via dip switches on the back of the speakers, which I have not even had to touch. Overall these are fantastic sounding speakers and blow away my old NTH Pros and Mackie HR 824's.

I came from Swan HiViM50W. After adjusting to the new Kali speakers I was quiet blown away. These are great for Gaming, Videos, and Causal Listening. I bought these speakers for my desktop computer setup.The price might be too much for some to swallow or justify-- unless your job requires studio monitors. These speakers feel like that most of the cost went into the engineering, and producing the best sounding speaker possible at this price point.I am happy with this purchase.

Very happy with these, and enjoy them more than the Rokit 5" my wife has in her bay - though I think it's not a bad idea to have multiple setups. (on the other hand, listening to lots of material on your own setup, in your own space, in order to really "train" your ear, is probably the best approach to any new monitors). I use mine for day-to-day video editing and basic/initial mixing of film/TV work.

3 way monitors are solid I’ve owned Krk and Yamaha and these are the real deal so happy with these great job Kali Audio !! Flat response no coloring hi mid and sub frequencies I was surprised already by the performance so then I added a 8 inch sub 🤯😱 did I mention you the are designed to deliver the same frequency laying down or standing upright

The speakers sound great, but there is a nasty hiss when they are not playing music, even when using a balanced XLR input.

These have been a game changer in my mixing abilities. Best buy in every way!

Great reference sound. I ordered two to place on each side of my computer monitor. I can't explain how good these sound. I ordered the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (3rd Gen) audio interface (as suggested by a KALI AUDIO tech specialist) Their support team responded very quickly. I am very satisfied with their product.
