Women's Shake Weight Dumbell by New Image

i bought the shakeweight it arrived next day as promissed , well what can i say 5 stars but its hard work to get max results put everything in i do it every day and after two weeks my arms are very firm , it takes practise to hold in correct position i found standing in frount of a mirror to look at correct arm levels etc helpfull so good luck stick with it , i wouldnt go back to dumbells now i can feel the burn more with this

Got it cause it looked quite good and exciting to do. It's just another weight but it shakes when you move it. I'm still better off using normal weights - Over a year later, I wouldn't get again.

This item is great, you need to use it daily tho' for good results..I like it.. altho' the cd is a little short & not much to do so you need to do more as you get fitter as it can be a bit boring! I do it to music now, that i know the moves.

I must admit I bought this hoping it would be a quick and easy way to banish the dreaded bingo wings, well it's not but it does work! You have to use it every day as it says, you have to follow the DVD workout, and it does take a while to get used to but it gives you results. I've been using it everyday for just over two weeks and my arms are already feeling better.

Bought as a present. Comes with a terrible DVD. Not much you can do with this and to add insult to inqury saw them being sold super cheap a few weeks later at a local discounter

Truly only takes 6 mins a day.......if you too have a very tight schedule in the morning!! The DVD with the dumbell is very easy to follow, even if the female giving the instructions does look particularly slim!!!

You can't expect a miracle but the product works. I am using it everyday and now my arms are much more defined and not flabby anymore. Of course it's better than not practicing any kind of exercise

Had to return this item as no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't get it to work! Not as easy as I was led to believe.
