Does it fit the City Select and does the drink stay put or shake around?

The drink stays nicely in it. I haven't had a prblem with it shaking around. I am not familiar with the city select stroller. It does velcro on so it would fit most strollers.

I would expect the Diono Stroller Organizer to definitly fit the City Mini GT. I just have the City Mini and the only visible difference I can see between the two strollers are the wheels. The frame appears the same and width of the handle bars from which the organizer will hang should be the same.

Has anyone tried this on an umbrella stroller such as sumner infant 3d lite? can you food the stroller with it attached?

Yes, it's easy to use on the Summer Infant 3D Lite and you can collapse the stroller with it on.

What is the diameter of the cupholder portion?

Have not measured, but they easily hold a standard 16 oz water bottle or a to-go coffee cup. Haven't tried my Tervis cups in it...the inner part of the cup holders are elastic, so it's flexible rather than fixed.
