Very Happy!
We've been using this in the house for about 2 months and we are very pleased with its performance. We replaced a window unit that cooled very well. We have added on to the house and removed the window and the new DeLonghi is vented out through the wall. It is much quieter, cools extremely well, and visually more appealing. The controls are easy to use and the fan does a great job of pushing air into the room. I have recessed the unit into a wall niche and will upload pics and updates once it has been finished.

AMAZING!
I wouldn't be able to sleep without it. I use just in my bedroom. It's hot here in Florida and my roommate keeps the house warm. I can close my door and have my room at 74 instead of 78. Cooler if needed. I need the background noise for sleeping also so it is a win win. My previous one was the same brand it it lasted me five years with consistent use.

Working Very Well to Cool Down the Game room
DeLonghi PACEM360 WH Penguino Portable Air Conditioner with 6,000 BTU DOE is working very well so far after one month. It is about 100 degrees outside in Texas Heat. Got my game room cool down quickly, and there is no water draining out at all. Impressive technology because my other portable air con constantly draining water nonstop. Hopefully the Delonghi will last several years of service, but happy it is working excellent so far.

Great product!
I am very happy - I love this portable ac with dehumidifier and fan. It is perfect! Highly recommended. Too bad that they are not available now.

Terrible packaging = damaged goods.
My second unit from DeLonhi. The first one lasted several years. I like the units. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use this one yet because the right rear wheel is shattered. This is what happens when you ship a large, heavy item in it's OEM box. Shippers show no mercy whatsoever. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOUBLE BOXED AMAZON!!! But I'm not sure your shipping dept cares any more than the shipper. It does work, but I don't want to go thru the hastle of reboxing, so I'm rigging a solution. Nevertheless, I thing Amazon should make it right. I'm getting more and more to the point where I don't want to do any more business with Amazon.

Overall is satisfied with a little bit noisy
It’s very cost effective to have a remote air condition like this. However pay attention if you don’t like super high volume fan noise or you want to use this when you go to sleep and you can’t tolerate any noise. It’s very useful to put that in the living room and provide chill experience

Loud + sketchy window kit
This unit is loud. At the time I purchased this, the product description stated 53db. I measured the decibel level at 60-61db when the ac was on its LOWEST setting. This is not subtle background noise. It's difficult to ignore and interferes with phone/zoom calls. Also, the window/door kit it comes with is sketchy and small. Make sure to measure your window length to make sure the included kit will span your entire window.

Excellent
DeLonghi America PACEM360. Cools great. Been excellent and has stood the test of time. DeLonghi makes the best portable ACs in my opinion.

Quality product and great value for the price
I noticed this 11,000 BTU air conditioner I purchased is far better quality and value priced than a 6000 btu smaller unit I bought last year of another brand. It even comes with a drainage hose and window parts are thicker plastic. It’s a quiet fan at full speed with a strong force and I hope it will cool off the room great when it’s 100 degrees outside. It did cool my area down by 2 degrees in 2 hours. You can feel the air circulation from far. It does blow only up though but I placed a fan close by to move the air further away. All in all very nice product. Also Amazon had a payment deal in 5 payments with no interest which was great so you don’t have to apply for financing through the other company they offer. The payment plan may not be available now and tends to move around to other products. I am satisfied with their Delonghi air conditioner and it comes with plenty of info booklets in different languages as well.

Some setting-up challenges but it works well
This was our pick after we researched air conditioners on Amazon. It was a name brand, and it was less expensive than most with a similar output, and it had generally positive reviews. It has worked out well in the long run. In the short run, there were issues. It came with a busted wheel/caster. We phoned customer service and reached someone immediately who worked hard to help us and finally seemed to succeed; but then a higher-up at DeLonghi emailed to say that we had to fill out a form and submit various documents. Quite a lot of bother for a $2 caster. The greater problem was that we had to fit it to a horizontally sliding window, but the window plate supplied was for a vertically sliding double-hung window. So we had to cut the plate to size, which had its challenges. Then what should have been a simple matter of installing the plate in the window and attaching the exhaust hose was complicated by the fact that the instructions that came with the air conditioner were very hard to interpret, with tiny drawings that didn't show which side of the plate should face out and how to seal it. Anyway, that's all done now, and the air conditioner works fine.

A quality product but it only goes down to 18c and does click on and off (read on)
I have had this for a few weeks as an in-bedroom AC unit (I have a fairly small bedroom with a Queen bed in it). I think I will keep this unit but I wished I had gone for a higher BTU rating to be honest, I don't feel this unit is powerful enough to really cool the bedroom enough. There are 2 other things: 1) The minimum setting is 18c. Really? My previous one went down to 17c, and that 1 degree can make a difference! 2) Although the fan runs all the time (and isn't ridiculously loud but is great white noise), you can hear the cooling unit clicking on and off (I assume when it has reached 18c). If you are a deep sleeper you won't notice this but if you are a light sleeper the click and change in noise level might bug you. I think I can live with it. I hope this is useful when deciding whether this is for you. I gave it 4 stars because it is well built and the hose is long and solidly built too.

Functional but far from silent.
I got this form my bedroom but it is hard to sleep with, also this is probably my fault but my windows is not well suited for the installation, it is however really easy to install if your window is the right size, I had to get an extension to block the area that is not covered so I might lose some temperature there, so the AC is always starting and stopping over and over again. It works well at getting the temperature right but it is a noisy device and hard to sleep with it in the same room so I usually make it go cooler then usual before my bed time and turn it off just before heading to bed, I can usually fall asleep before the room gets hot again, that is one way to work around the noise.

The unit works great…but definitely has some issues
I really like the unit itself. Cools down my bedroom really quickly! I wish the cold air would reach any other part of my small apartment, but it doesn’t. But that’s not a huge deal. The real problem with this is the window kit, it’s pretty terrible. It’s way too short for my window, which is just a standard sliding window. You’d think they’d include more extensions pieces. So I’ve had to just slap something together in the meantime to fill about a 12 inch space, which looks pretty bad. Also, the base piece of the window kit is wider than the 1 extension pieces so there’s a gap between the closed window and the window panel. So you need to try to fill that gap somehow. I tried using the foam pieces that were included but it didn’t work. I’m going to have to purchase a whole new window kit from another company to make it work properly. All in all I like it, but they really need to do something about that window kit. I shouldn’t pay this much for a product and have to do so much to make it function properly.
