Why can’t I buy the remote?

I know that you can buy it on their website. I saw that the light version doesn’t appear to come with the remote, I’m not certain since I got the full version. In any case, the remotes are on their website. I saw them there a minute ago.

In the flurry of excitement of Prime Day, I added this to my cart when I bought the PIVO Max. Sadly it is for a regular size PIVO, the smaller unit, not the larger one that I have. - It seemed nice and arrived on time. - I returned it without any problem.
