My hermits love this!
I have had hermits in the past, but lost the last ones during COVID. I threw out all the food and perishable supplies....Finally I was able to get some more hermits this spring. I purchased them some regular food, it was something recommended here on Amazon (the kind like fish food pellets with some dried worms and shrimp). That stuff smells awful, looks worse. They just won't eat it. I knew from experience to buy a hermit crab treat. I couldn't find the brand I remember from the past, so I decided to try this one. Thankfully, the crabs love it, and have eaten all that has been offered to them. This product looks pleasant, doesn't smell bad. It's well packaged in a thick plastic food bottle and the bottle was sealed in a plastic bag. It's a good size of bottle for the price. It should last for a while. Very glad to have tried this one out. The crabs do eat it, and seem to like it, when they avoid the regular food apart from the minimum needed to survive.

My Hermies absolutley love it. Whenever i put it in as a treat, they come out from hiding within minutes. It has gotten to the point of me having to put two seperate dishes with this treat in the tank, so that they don't start tusseling over it. My smaller crab would park himself in the dish and would not let the larger crab anywhere near the it. It became a game of King of the Hill crossed with a Royal Rumble.

We literally haven’t seen my crab in a year. He is truly a hermit. We took him out today and cleaned his aquarium and put some Of this close to him just to see what he would do. Well let me tell ya, we have a HUGE purple crab and he went to town on this stuff! We’ve never seen him come out of his shell this much since we got him! I should also add that he NEVER eats his crab food. I truly don’t know how he has survived this long. This stuff is awesome and smells really good!
