It caused an allergic reaction. I recommend that it is tried first on a small area before it is used. It caused a red rash all over and had to go the emergency for injections.

What can I say, wow! I suffer from the lack of sleep due to many factors. I've been using other products in this range for around a month now and they help my pain from RA and the muscle cramps I get from a dvt I've had since the beginning of the year. But, I still wasn't sleeping great, so I thought I would try the sleep spray. As I'll do anything to get a good night's sleep. The first night I woke up only once, but went back off straight away, which I never do. I thought it was just a coincidence. Last night I slept right through for the first time in over 20 years.
