Elite Mini Compact AM/FM/Shortwave Radio

I wanted a pocket radio that I could listen to while I am travelling it has many features and different Bandwidths FM medium wave and to shortwave bands I love to listen to classical music and this radio is ideal for it as it has an earphone jack so you can listen to the radio whilst travelling also it has its own inbuilt speaker it came with a nice pouch which is handy for clipping to your belt so really it's the ideal travelling companion

Great radio,pocket fitting

Edit 12/14/20 Since my purchase two weeks ago Eton has more than doubled the price on Amazon of this radio to $47.98 which seems a bit high. Awesome, fun little radio. I would buy this again. If you own the Eton Traveler or Executive, this is a great little companion radio. Slips in a shirt pocket. Pros: -Crisp clear sound for size -Receives really well on FM, MW and SW (almost as good as Eton Traveler) -Fits in a shirt pocket. -No hiss with headphones -Nice volume adjustment The radio could be perfected by adding: -A kickstand -Rubberized edges or corners -Add some internal weight for a more rugged feel -12 hour time option -Memory presets - a better fitting case with holes for the screen Cons: -Band switch is stiff -Insufficient packaging. Box and plastic insert were crushed. Needs more cardboard inside the box. -Faux leather case is too tight and the holes don’t match the button. I snipped the case near the hole for power button to ease some tension. It’s like the factory measured the case and didn’t account for the stitching. Tips: - you can use the Time button to advance through the frequencies faster. It’s really helpful. -A common sunglasses pouch makes a great protective bag and gives you something to wipe the screen with. If you are on the fence, give it a try. It’s a joy to use!

This is a very slim radio,almost half as thick as a pack of cigarettes. So,it's a true pocket radio.Make sure you don't drop it.It's strong,but as you know hard surfaces can damage many things easily,sometimes. It has stereo sound,which is loud if you use earphones/headphones. It has AM/FM and an alarm clock.You can lock the button,so it stays on the station of your choice.It is loud enough in a car. All in all,great little pocket radio,that you can take anywhere you go.
