Yes it was waterproof and didn’t fade or bleed when wet.

Should I cut the pattern before I print it, or should I print the pattern first and then cut it?

Print then cut is always best as you are not sure if the feeder will feed it correctly otherwise

Can vinyl sticker paper be easily peeled from the backing and then pasted?

Yes it can I've never had a problem with it.

Is there a strong smell? Is the printable vinyl easy to apply?
