A friend of mine recommended this to me for the "chub rub". I was tired of wearing running shorts under my dresses to keep my fat thighs from rubbing together but I couldn't deal with the chafing. So I decided to give this a try. Well, it DID work! So no more running shorts under my dresses and skirts. It feels great - you can't even really tell you're wearing it. That's the good news. The bad news is just a bunch of little things that everyone else has said - the containers are glass so you have to be careful. The plastic covering on the caps is a pain in the @ss to get off and forget trying to do ANYTHING once you get this on your hands/fingers - you'll have to wash your hands first or you won't be able to pick anything up. But it doesn't stain my clothes, it doesn't itch or burn and it doesn't feel greasy or slimy. And it works for those *other* applications without the itch or burn, either. While it's a little pricey, I've found that I don't need very much of it to do what I need and the small tubes make it easily portable in your gym bag or purse. A little will go a long way.
