AWFUL QUALITY AND EVEN MORE AWFUL CUSTOMER CARE
Awful quality! The faux lather keeps peeling off and it looks cheap and old, and its new! I got the bag with defects and peeling, even though it was supposedly new. I reached out for customer service and asked to get partial refund for it and was refused. The only option I was given was to send the bag back and get a refund. I wanted a new bag, not refund and yet got refused. I was upset but kept getting bad service, so I decided to send the bag back and order a new one with the refund. only that I was told I won't be getting my voucher back, which I used as part of the payment for my bag. I was left with no solution and encountered the worst customer service I have ever received! There was not even a tiny effort to help me in this situation and look beyond the protocols the representative are taught to repeat.

Functional because of the different zippered sections
This bag is attractive and functional. I've purchased a couple of them. The two stars is because the small loop on the top of the back of the backpack holding the shoulder straps is flimsy and has broken on both backpacks after daily use. I love the lool and functionality but not that tiny loop at the top of the back,

Both straps broke/ripped away from the stitching at the top of the bag. Cheaply made.

Perfect size for travelling
Bought this for my daughter for a Christmas cruise. She absolutely loved it. She said it was the perfect size for the plane and day trips. She used it in lieu of her purse. She packed her water, snacks, plane tickets, passport, small money wallet, a book, her phone, ear buds, charger and cord, along with some cosmetics and still have some room to spare. I would definitely recommend this backpack.
