The Transporter Collection Includes Transporter 1 and 2 [DVD]

Looks good and I’m glad to add these to my collection of movies

Who can disagree that Jason Statham is one of the more fun action stars to watch, and the Transporter series is one good reason! He has a unique on-screen presence, does his own stunts and keeps the viewer on edge throughout the movie. Top that off with decent acting and you look forward to other movies he stars in.

Two great movies for a very reasonable cost, thankyou!

I love watching Jason fight - he's awesome! and he has such a James Bond quality about him - serious eye candy for us ladies, right? And doing your own stunts always wins my respect. The storyline/idea is good too but sometimes borders on the unbelievable. Probably the fault of the other actors or the script (particularly in the second movie) but I still want to get the 3rd movie ASAP. This was quite a treat for my husband too, and made for a great "date night" for us. First saw these in the 'cardiocinema' at the qym and burned about a jillion calories (with mets 8+) on the elliptical.

The Transporter is full of non-stop action. The Transporter is an excellent self-defense expert and does very well beating up the bad guys. I like all the three transporter movies.

It is a little misleading to call this the "The Transporter Collection" as it only contains the 1st two films. When I ordered it I thought I was getting all 3 Transporter movies. I am a little disappointed in the marketing of this item. I have looked for a trilogy since receiving the "collection". It is listed in the inventory, but I could not find it anywhere when I clicked on "The Transporter Trilogy". I think you (Amazon) could do a better job of explaining exactly what is in the "collections".

good value buying both at same tiem in collection arrived quickly and in good shape i like the movies adn themes. first is better than second but both quite enjoyable

私の好きな条件が全てそろった名作です。 リュック・ベッソンが関わるとどうしてこうもカッコよくできるのか… ＴＡＸＩの頃からのリュック・ベッソンファンとしては欠かせないものです。 彼の作品は続編が出るたびにエスカレートしていく傾向はあるもののテンポの良い作品。 ＴＡＸＩが陽気なイメージなのに対しクールなイメージがまたイイ！ この作品のせいでジェイスン・ステイサムにぞっこんな今日この頃。 １でＢＭＷ、２でＡＵＤＩ、３もＡＵＤＩ・・・ 購入時、すでに３が発売されており、本当はトリプルパックが欲しかったところです。 ＤＶＤはトリプルパックが出たのに対し、Blu-rayでは出なかったのが残念でならない・・ 結果、３は単品で購入。

I saw this film on tv about two days before i ordered the dvds for the first time ever and loved the film so much. for some unknown reason i get into films late like this film came out in 2002 and it was 2011 before i had even seen it. But i loved the film from the start it has a mix of action with a few comedy scenes as well. The on chemistry between the characters Frank Martin and Lai is great and when you add in the French police inspector Tarconi it really makes the film. i highly recommend this film to anyone into Jason Statham's work he is a great actor and this is definitely one of his best films in my opinion. I was so impressed with the film i even got the 3rd one as well as this dvd set.

Da vedere a tutto fiato. Non ve ne pentirete Il protagonista e' molto bravo nella sua parte Ho tutta la serie speriamo che continuano. Un gioiello da aggiungere nella propria collezione di dvd

Plus que tout autre aspect, c'est le savoureux tandem Jason Statham / François Berléand qui se détache de ces films, avec une complicité qui évolue et s'affirme d'épisode en épisode, avec un humour fin en contrepoint agréable des scènes d'action, d'ailleurs très bien mises en scène et toujours très originales. Le Transporteur 2 a souvent été accusé de comporter trop d'exagérations dans les scène d'action en voiture : c'est vrai, il faut le reconnaître, mais ça lui donne un aspect James Bond des années Roger Moore qui n'est pas sans charme (jusqu'au cliché qu'on y retrouve parfois du héros sortant des pires situations en costard impeccable, autre clin d'oeil). Irréaliste, d'accord, mais tellement décalé et rafraîchissant... Bref, des films incontournables pour qui aime divertissement de qualité, un coffret à ne pas manquer.
