First of all, thank you for the quality packing and early delivery which is the satisfying factor with this purchase. Unfortunately I am slightly worried with the quality of the product. I ordered it twice, as the first one was a defective piece and to my surprise the second one was also a defective piece. First one was having a disconnected and hanging display. I tried to put it in the slot and I couldn’t. Also there wasn’t any user manual on how to use and the functions of the timer key and its display. I opted for replacement as soon as I opened and checked the product. The replaced product was a completely low quality one. Fortunately it comes with a user manual, a piece of printed paper however it covers the functions and display unit details. But the knob/screw to tight the pedal movement actually SCREWED. Because it cannot screwed upto a certain level. The reason being the hole for the knob is manufactured wrongly and you cannot insert the knob completely inside the hole. I tried to fix it my own, for me this was an urgent need so I decided to see whether i can fix it and to my surpirse i have seen that the tightening screw is already faulty. The grip on the top of the screw is broken, which clearly shows that its been used by someone or the retailer didn’t give more attention to the product beforr sending. A quality check is missing here completely. Its ok to have mistakes, but when you return something and opted for a replacement, extra care is expected by the customer and here I couldn’t find it. Please take care of this in the future. Remember this is a health equipment and most of the people need it for their urgent need, especially for recovery after accident or other health issues. Compromising the quality of such an equipment doesn’t make the customer happy. Please consider this seriously and do a proper quality check prior to the delivery (be it first delivery or replacement delivery) Thank you. I have added pictures and videos of the replacement product for your reference. NB: I am not claiming this is a worst product, I didn’t get a chance to try it. I have chosen the product seeing the good reviews. This may be an off case and you may decide to show this in the product review or not, but you should be mindful to consider this feedback while delivering the product to the next customer.

The display meter stopped working. Now amazon is saying to contact seller and seller is asking to see return policy. And ultimately customer is fooled. The body is also not good. It seems that the seller is giving refurbished items

Rubber Strap got broken on first day of user itself .

Like: simlle to assemble Dislike: the rubber at bottom slips. Put it against wall or on some yoga mat. Practically no resistance. Product always looks used and finishing is totally useless. Product looks used from day 1 and feels assembled using cheap parts and u skilled labour. With this kind of product, no hopes for domestic industry. Please dont spend money on this crap.

The one worst. Product I bought from Amazon I took replacement that is also same display won’t work joints are loose And it is my mistake not checking return policy They won’t take it back I am very unhappy with the product I am thinking of buying different one

The knob is useless actually, and if tightened the metal becomes too hot to touch... its really basic but will do for basic rehab, really basic as any other of this type of exerciser

Got this Hand/Foot Pedal Rehab Tool, per my PT's suggestion, to add some easy upper body & aerobic exercises & help keep weight off while home bound &in a semi stationary state over the next few months & something to do while watching TV, etc & to supplement to my current rehab home therapies for my newly SHATTERED KNEECAP (non-displaced fractures, w/no cast or surgery required), but ordered to wear an immobilizer brace by Ortho MD. So, with an order of no bending knee & my regular sporting activities of swimming, scuba, pickleball, golf, hiking, etc, are on hold for several months, this piece of equipment was suggested, as I can also keep leg elevated, iced as needed while using it & being while stuck at home a bathroom is only a few feet away. Just place a large flat seat cushion or pillow (I use a wheelchair seat cushion) on your lap while in a recliner/couch/or chair (I then cover the pillow w/lengthwise large thin cutting board, to ensure a firm flat base for pedal exerciser (use enclosed grip cloth if surface is slippery), I've also used a triangular wedge type pillow & both worked fine w/pedal exerciser). Figuring by 6-8 wks (when bending knee is allowed) I can also use it on floor & under table (requires 13+ inches of under-table-to-knee clearance) as a supplement to knee range of motion & low impact leg exercise when at home & not able to get out & about. For help w/endurance, weight loss, toning & cardiovascular think 30+ min intervals 1+x's/day) at low resistance levels, for increased muscles they advise short bursts of a few min w/high resistance, followed by longer intervals of light resistance as cool-downs. So far, so good. I've had no residual wrist, elbow or shoulder issues w/using this product, & really like the tracking element for reps, calories burned, time spent, etc. (Tip; hold the RED button down for several seconds to clear old data). I'm 2 wks since the onset of injury & this tool is working out perfectly for me. Anyone looking for a basic, well made, lightweight, sturdy, affordable, compact, collapsible, low impact exercise tool, for both upper & lower body, this one should do the trick. I hope this helps everyone.
